Please note: we strongly recommend keeping our seedlings in 80+ humidity or higher for at least two weeks, and then gradually introducing it to lower humidity, as it adjusts to its new home. You can achieve this by using a large ziplock bag, a cloche, or a greenhouse cabinet to house the plant.

If you are looking for a plant that is tolerant of forgetfulness and neglect you are in the wrong place. Anthurium warocqueanum (sometimes called Queen Anthurium or, more adorably, a Queenie) is a diva among tropical cultivars. It will demand your attention and dedication. She loves high humidity and warm temperatures (but a drop in night time temperatures is Ok to a point). Keep the roots humid, but try not to drench the soil, as they can rot. Air flow to both the roots and leaves is critical to prevent fungal infection. Keep the watering schedule moderate but regular. As for the light, like all other tropical plants, it likes plenty of it, but never direct. I repeat: Good air flow is appreciated by all your Anthuriums!
