Hoya macrophylla are long-lived, low maintenance succulent vines. They like moderate amounts of light, well-draining soil, and a sparse watering schedule. Hoya latifolias are flowering plants and their flowers pop up in round clusters of small, star-shaped, creamy white blooms with a wash of pink. Allow this plant to dry out completely and then get thoroughly soaked.
