Keep in tray of water about 1 inch deep at all times, unless in winter succulent phase, in which case water less. Put under grow lights or on a sunny windowsill. Do not fertilize.
Pinguicula cyclosecta is considered a tropical ping, which means that in the winter it may transition into its "succulent form"- a drought tolerant rosette of harmless dry leaves, inconspicuous and plain. But don't despair - during this stage most tropical pings will also send up their colorful, glorious flowers!
