We plant these babies in a bonsai mix so they get a nice acidic medium and plenty of drainage. Due to the very rocky mix we use, you can feel comfortable watering freely once a week as long as the plant is in high light. This is a cactus that actually likes higher humidity and a bit more water! Perfect for the bay area, indoors or outdoors!
