This lovely heart shaped specimen is Hoya kerrii. Most Hoya kerrii that are sold are actually rooted single-leaf cuttings. Although they most likely won't turn into a vine, these little plants are still wonderful gifts and can make excellent decor items, and will live up to three years!
I try to select for Hoya Hearts that have a node, and many of the ones I sell in the shop are already beginning to grow.
