From orchid web: The best method of flowering micranthum is to apply cool temperature with reduced watering. In the winter, these plants can handle temperature as low as 40 degrees F, with a day time high as low as 40 to 50 degrees F, but no higher than the 60's if you are trying to produce flowers. Cut water back in 1/2 during the cool off period and this should produce a flower sheath at the base. So basically: grow it outside but keep it away from the rain and you should be able to bloom it each winter!
