Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. When your plants arrive, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know *right away.* A video of you unboxing the plant or pictures of the plant immediately upon unwrapping is ideal. Refunds or replacements will be determined on a case by case basis.

Since we cannot control the care the plants receive once they leave us, we cannot guarantee them once they have moved on to their new homes.
