This lovely heart shaped specimen is Hoya kerrii. It is a vining plant with large, succulent leaves in the shape of hearts. You can allow this plant to trail or give it a trellis to climb. While slow growing at first, the older they are the more vigorously they'll grow. They flower when mature.
