Crassula swaziensis variegata

Crassula swaziensis is a compact South African succulent frequently confused with variegated forms of jade (Crassula ovata). While related, it is a distinct species with a lower, more compact growth habit and narrower leaves. Variegated forms are especially attractive, displaying cream streaks and pink-tinted margins in bright light.

Light:
Direct sun needed indoors. Strong light enhances pink edging and maintains variegation.

Water:
Water thoroughly, then allow soil to dry completely. Avoid soggy soil.

Soil:
Well-draining cactus or succulent mix with added grit.

Temperature:
Prefers 18–26°C (65–80°F). Protect from frost.

Dormancy:
May slow growth during extreme heat or cooler winter months.
