How to Grow Indoors

• Light: Bright gentle light; avoid direct sun

• Water: Keep consistently moist; do not allow to dry out completely

• Humidity: Prefers higher humidity, ideally 60–80%

• Temperature: Cool to intermediate; appreciates stable conditions

• Potting: Best grown mounted or in a fine, moisture-retentive mix with excellent airflow

• Water quality: In San Francisco and other areas using Hetch Hetchy water, tap water is generally safe; otherwise, use distilled or low-mineral water

How to Grow Outdoors (San Francisco Bay Area)

Not recommended for outdoor growing. This species performs best indoors where moisture, humidity, and temperature can be carefully controlled.
